Breakfast was excellent, the staff could not have been more helpful and the location is superb. The hotel is in a beautiful old building and so not all the facilities are modern. It is hard to park but the hotel do their best to make this possible if you have a car with you.

A very nice place to stay in Mardin! Localised in the center of the old town, close to the beautiful old mosque! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Sitting on the terrace and looking down to the plains of Mesopotamia is an inforgetful experience.

Most incredible breakfast view! The building/rooms were old, rustic and impressive. Definitely had the feeling of stepping into a historical building. The guys running this hotel were super kind and accomodating! Also the free parking was a huge bonus (if a little challenging driving around the tight/narrow streets).

Set up in a beautiful 700 year old mansion this stay in striking Mardin has been wonderful.Adored the every day visits of the donkey that collected the rubbish as cars can't directly reach this romantic property.

The most amazing historical building, with spectacular views over the Mesopotamian plains. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly and made our 1 night stay very special.

The hotel is a fantastic experience to live! Traditional rooms decorated from another era! The personnel simply the best. They made everything to make us happy! The place is just 100 meters from Ulu Jami , so it is a fantastic choice. We had our parking although. The owner of the hotel helped us in everything, informations, suggests, touristic advices! A wonderful experience!

You can feel the history in the house it is amazing. Also the terrace and the view are probably unmatched in Mardin. To have tea or breakfast there is a dream. Owner and staff are really kind. Felt very welcome

A wonderful small hotel in a restored old building. Very atmospheric, beautiful room, magnificent views from the terraces. You can drink tea or wine, admiring the surroundings. Friendly staff, good breakfast. The hotel is located close (a few minutes walk) to the city center and the main shopping street, but at the same time - a quiet, calm place.

Maristan Tarihi Konak was a totally outstanding experience: the 700 year old building, the staff support, the incredible view, the location, the room and healthy breakfast Emin and Sinan were amazing in the help they provided getting to and from the property and other day to day questions. They were a highlight of my stay in Mardin.

Great locacion in old Mardin very near to the Old Bazar and many other landmarks within the old city. Room was very good and the staff was superberb. We booked with them a tour with Tahir (Taxi Driver) which was one of the best things in our Mardin visit, eventough he does not speak english, but with google translate everything is possible. Very recommended. Very Important: bear in mind that streets and alleys in Old Mardin are very steep and with lots of stairs, so you need to walk with luggage to the hotel location as the nearest street could be aprox. 200 mts away.
