“Nice hotel in a very central location in Old Mardin”

We had a nice time here staying for two nights. The rooms were spacious and the beds very nice. Staff was always very friendly and helpful - yet it is good if you speak a little Turkish or know how to use deepl/google as a translating help :) Convenient: Their parking service which we made use of! Or else we would not have know where to park the car in the narrow street system of Eski Mardin! I loved the view from their rooftop terrace! You can see the typical Mardin houses on the one side and down to the south towards Syria on the other side! Mardin is just fantastic!

A nice and central location in the old part of Mardin, everything can be reached on foot. An amazing view of Mesopotamia from the rooftop balcony.

This is a nice hotel in the center of the old town. Everything looks nice inside, although it is clear that the renovation took place a long time ago, but the overall appearance is still good. The beds are quite comfortable. Breakfast is ok. The convenient location makes the hotel even more attractive. Located on the main road, no need to climb any steps. The staff doesn't speak English. But at the same time, they are very nice and try very hard to help, and through Google translator we manage to come to an agreement. Fortunately, in the morning a young man came to work at the reception who understood English. He helped me call a taxi and was generally very friendly.

The location was very good, there was a large amd clean room and bathroom, a comfortable bed and pillows. Helpful and kind staff.Havataş airport shuttle's station is just in front of the hotel. Lots of local shops and restaurants in walking distance.

“Ninova Hotel in the heart of Mardin”

The hotel is superb, totally recommend for any future trips and visits to Mardin. Very comfy bed, nice room, and good shower. Everything is very clean, and guests oriented. Hotel has small parking on the street, I recommend you to call them in advance and ask for assistance. Coz the street is super busy and you might not want to create additional traffic. Very helpful personnel.

Staff are kind, I pretty had a nice time. Hotel is center of old city, you can walk around easily. Now just tourists are decreasing by earthquake, but Mardin is out of area. So please visit there.

Everything was amazing. Room was huge, very celan, we had a baby crib. The girl that works on reception was ready to help, always smiling. She was great host. We cant remember her name, but thanks again for all her help.

The location is very central and convenient. The hotel rooftop has.amazing views. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly but seem to have limited means to fix any Issues the arise.

“Wonderful hotel in a gorgeous city”

The interior decor was very stylish, the beds comfortable, the staff were very kind and lovely, particularly Ömer!! He is an asset to the hotel. Always polite and helpful. The location is perfect. The city bus even stops right in front of the hotel. I took some day trips independently so this was a plus. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Breakfast was delicious!

That is exactly how the staff at Kaya Ninova treat you; like royalty. I would like to thank Yousuf and all his staff for a fantastic stay. The cleaners were adorable, always making sure your room is sparkling clean. I will definitely be coming back again. I strongly recommend this hotel. The location is very central in the old city, and the breakfast marvellous! Keep up the great work Kaya Ninova!
