The location is very good while the room was comfortable. We can see the sunrise for the terrace. The reception was really kind, helpful and informative. Love to stay at this place.

There was a mini-fridge, electric kettel and a cup and a glass in my room. So I was able to keep cold drinks and make tea whenever I wanted to. The aircon was also working really well (very important when outside temperatures are reaching up to 42° C). The hotel was quiet. The hotel is right in the center of the historic part of the town. The bus stop connecting the old city with the new city and also the bus terminal is just a few metres from the hotel.

It's a beautiful place with an amazing view over the city and the castle. Very close to the main street. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

“Hotel was paid for 2 nights, we left after first night”
Hotel was not clear at all and didn't meet our expectation. The room without window:-(, smelled, and bathroom was dirty. The room was changed but I did not like it coz walls were dirty and dust was present. we paid for 2 nights but we left early morning and they did not give our money back. The price of hotel is too high for the commodity that they offer. Therefore I do not recommend to stay in this hotel.

“Would stay here again!”
The location is great! Walking distance to the main street of Mardin. Breakfast has a great view. The room is spacious enough and the hotel is nicely decorated.
