“Charming tranquility - a French gem”

Beautiful location and very tranquil. The reception from Julie was warm and welcoming. The breakfast, as included, was basic but enjoyable, of good fresh and locally sourced quality and, for us, was sufficient for purpose. You can purchase additional options if you want extra. The accommodation was roomy, comfortable and with it's own section of the terrace for sitting out and enjoying the ambiance.

The location was brilliant, lovely fields for our three dogs to run in. The room had everything that you needed and was very clean. We had a meal in the restaurant which was beautiful and the breakfast was excellent.

Private and peaceful location in beautifully rolling countryside. Flowers in abundance from Lilly's to wild Orchids. Immaculate conversions of farm buildings to living quarters. Excellent English speaking French hosts. Traditional food cooked in the Auberge style, lamb, port and duck, trout were all on offer. Clean rooms, well decorated were complimented with designer styling in choices of pillows and coverings. Beds were comfy and rooms were warm with double doors onto the terrace for amazing views.

The delicious food and wine, the beautiful ancient building and relaxing nature around it. Friendly staff with great advice. Our canoe ride on the Dordogne was perfect thanks to their guidance. Hoping to return.

The property was amongst a beautiful country setting with an obliging host. We had an exceptional meal at a close by restaurant organised by our host.

This is an old farm that has been adapted into a Bed and Breakfast.. The surroundings are beautiful. The breakfast is unbeatable, with fresh confitures made on the farm, and good bread, cheese, coffee, and juice. It was a very pleasant stay, and for the price, you can't beat it. We could see that they are slowly improving rooms and modernizing them. The staff was kind and welcoming, eager to advise, and trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Location is very nice, beautiful countryside. The farm is authentic dordogne style, and looks good from the outside.

This place is in the country and it's a little gem. We were welcomed in by a lovely young lady who showed us our room. The room was comfortable. We had dinner at their restaurant which was very busy lots locals we think (always a good sign) our waiter was very pleasant and the food was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay here and recommend this place.

“Charming place with an excellent restaurant”

A very charming, simple place surrounded by beautiful countryside but just a short drive from Sarlat la Canéda, which is absolutely stunning!. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant served the tastiest food we had in France! Breakfast was great, with delicious local produce. There is a little farm and chickens roam the lovely gardens. There is also ample free parking. I cannot recommend this gem of a place highly enough.
