A very convenient place to stay just a short walk from the centre of Marciac. The property is very characterful and the rooms are immaculate. The rooms are decorated with style and the shower room appeared to be brand new. We were in a room with skylights so we didn't have a view. The gardens of the prpoerty are very nice and well maintained. The hosts were pleasant, accommodating and discreet. The breakfast was continental with a good variety of offerings.

“Perfect stay to visit Marciac and it’s Festival”

Very nicely renovated property a short 10 minutes walk from the town centre and on,y 5 minutes to the Marciac Jazz Festival evening location. The room was very clean and comfortable and air condition also was available. A very good French breakfast was provided in the main house. The pool was accessible for everybody with daily fresh towels and sufficient space for all guests. Late access after the concert is very easy and there is also enough space for parking. The Domain la Jam is the perfect location to join the Marcia Jazz festival or to explore Marciac and it‘s surroundings. Highly recommended!

Loved the hosts, such a welcoming couple! The house was absolutely lovely and very close to the heart of Marciac. You also have a Super U 5 minutes away which was very useful! They have a lovely garden and a pool that was such an asset on the warmer days!

The location is ideal. Ten minutes walk into the centre of Marciac. The hosts Pierre Jean and Christine are lovely people and very accommoding. Excellent breakfasts plenty of cold meats, fruit, unlimited fresh coffee.

Breakfast is with high Quality cheeses ,ham,buter ,orange juice, set yoghurt in charming jars,unavoidable baguette, croissant and delicious jam.In front of main building is lovely green yard with trees which makes you feel like you are in fairy tales

Beautiful restorated property, sitting in a very spacious and well manicured garden. Many of the original elements have been kept. The room is spacious and well maintained and clean with plenty of original decorations. The bed was very comfortable. The owner was very attentive and very kind to provide us an earlier breakfast for our early depart.
