“We will never stay here again!”
The gal that checked us in was friendly enough but not informative in the least. When we asked about the breakfast, we were told due to COVID, breakfast isn’t done anymore. We explained that it was still up on the website and she said there was no way to remove it. Once in our room, the cover to the AC unit fell off and we hadn’t even touched it. Our door wouldn’t latch properly and upon looking at it, we discovered lots of paper in it to prevent this. The hotel is along the highway through town and at a stoplight…extremely noisy! The beds were comfortable and the shower had hot water and a good stream. There were no bugs. The room was clean, but barely. Corners, baseboards, behind things, drawers were not very clean. The coat hanging up place was mostly out of the wall especially on one side. Lots of people live in this hotel…those people were VERY loud! Overall, our experience at the Hill Country Inn and Suites was not a good one. We won’t be staying here again. Not worth what we paid for it.

“Good place to stay at with friendly staff for a fun little weekend.”
The location was perfect and the person at the front desk was super helpful and nice. We didn't stay in the room very much but when we'd get to the room, the room was chilled and the cleaning ladies did great with mopping the tile. Loved that.
