“Lovely property in the old town”
Lovely traditional feeling property right in the old town. I was in Marbella for 2 nights, and this property was perfect for me. The location is excellent, a minutes walk from lovely bars and restaurants, and only 6-7 min walk to the the beach. Communication from the owner was great and I was able to drop my bags earlier which was very welcome! There was a terrace outside my room which was perfect for a morning coffee and the property had everything you might need. I would definitely stay again if I came back!

“Perfect”
So clean , perfect location. One day I dropped a drink all over myself and the cleaner washed and hung my clothes up ! Going the extra mile !!!!

Location is great, near bus stop, supermarket, the old town centre. The apartment is perfect, super clean, good location, well maintained with cleaning the room everyday, we had everything we needed.

“Fantastic stay”
The location of the property was excellent. Walking distance to the main square of old town which was absolutely stunning. Property very pretty, clean and very reasonably priced too. Will definitely go back to this accommodation. AC was excellent too

“Perfect stay in the heart of Marbella”
The position is super central, in the heart of Marbella. I had balcony with a fantastic view of sunrise and of Casco Antiguo. The host Tatiana is super friendly and she arranged everything perfectly, including parking. She was so nice to show me good options for eating or having a drink.

We arrived on Friday, 06.03.2026, and in the bathroom of the apartment there was a very strong sewage smell that spread throughout the entire apartment. Late on Friday night, we contacted Booking customer support and informed them that we would leave the apartment in the morning. In the morning, while we were leaving, a woman (the manager) explained that they were aware of the problem and that the reason was construction work being done by a neighbor. They were aware of the issue, but they did not refund the money for the night that we were unable to stay because of the unhygienic conditions. In the morning, the manager suggested that we move to another room, but since we had already arranged another apartment and did not want to risk our vacation any further, we decided to leave. Neither Booking nor the apartment owner managed to support us by refunding the money for the night we did not stay. Overall conclusion: very bad experience.

We loved this little apartment so close to many restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The cleaning lady did an excellent job changing the towels etc every day.
