Excellent appartment in great location - on the beach and near centre of Marbella. Can be more crowdy during day (street sellers, lot of turists), but very harmonic in the morning and evening. Well equipped. Jose was a great host, very responsible and great communication. Thank you Jose!

From the moment we walked in we felt right at home, this is an attractively located, well equipped, well maintained and tastefully furnished one bed flat with secure gated access, pleasant views over a garden towards the harbour and a glimpse of the sea. Sofa and bed very cosy & comfortable, quality bedding, lots of spare towels, good WiFi, Aircon etc in fact short of nothing. The owner and family are very welcoming & pleasant to deal with. There are lifts and ramps available so no issues with getting your suitcases upstairs, a caretaker at the entrance reception most of the time too, felt very safe and secure. Loved the his 'n hers doorways to the bedroom, the wizzy light fittings, flowering plants, sofa throws, water and milk in the fridge etc, lots of thoughtful nice touches, home from home.

The apartment was in a great location, a few steps out and you’re on the beach promenade with access to many restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment itself was extremely well equipped and Jose was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly.

Location excellent. Everything you need was in apartment. Iron tea coffee sugar shampoos washing machine Microwave...beach chairs and brolly. Beach towels and sun cream. And much more. Great place to stsy.

The location was amazing! Just in front of the beach. Within 1 min walking-distance from the apartment, you will find nice cafes, bars, and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and efficient. Before/during/after the stay, the owner responded very quickly. It was very nice stay.

Brilliant location, Jose went above and beyond expectations including telling us some bars and restaurants to head to when it unfortunately rained!! Everything you could need is in the apartment, an umbrella, deck chairs, umbrellas, a beach bat and ball, shower amenities, everything you could want in the kitchen! Brilliant brilliant apartment!

Very convenient location a short walk from the beautiful old town We were running a bit late due to bus issues but Jose couldn’t have been more accommodating The beach chairs, beach towels and parasol we could take to the beach were really useful

Jose was at the end of a phone and was there ready to meet us and show us around. We had phone numbers to call if we had a problem. We know Marbella very well and were meeting up with friends who live there so no major issues but we felt safe in the knowledge that help would be at hand at any time if needed.We will definitely return.
