Very clean in a good location. Not far from the old town and can get a boat from there to Puerto Banús. Lovely location with a supermarket just round the corner.

“Perfect and lovely, we would book it again!”
Great location close to the old town and the beach. Mercadona was also a 4 minutes walk, perfect since you have everything you need in the house for cooking, barbeque and so on! The house was clean and cosy and we could not wish for more!

The apartment is in a great location with everything within walking distance. It is lovely and modern inside with everything in mind for your stay. If you are looking for a quiet location this is perfect.

Beautiful property in very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Within walking distance of the beach. Air conditioning was great and really needed as it was so hot. No complaints, we will be back

The house is very well equipped for a family (we were 5), and the courtyard is very pleasant for eating when not out. It has everything you might need, including Netflix, and Samuel is a lovely host. Good distance from the casco antiguo and the beaches. Nearby there are grocery shops and take-out food, cafeterias to eat churros, or neighborhood restaurants for typical, non-touristic food.

“Great location in a traditional Spanish area”
We loved the non touristy location. Chatted to some of the neighbours who have lived there for decades, and were so friendly. It's a short walk to the old town and the best beaches in Marbella. The interior of the house is stylish, modern and beautifully clean.

“Beautiful, quiet, close to the beach”
The house was in a lovely quiet street, small but perfect for our family of 5 adults. The owner Samuel was very friendly and helpful and available whenever we needed him. It was very easy to find and a 5 min walk to the beaches, bars and shops.. Facilities were excellent, everything we needed was thought of, the kitchen was well equipped with a huge fridge freezer. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants a relaxing stay in Old Marbella. We would definitely go back again xxx
