“Great owner, but not a great place for peace-loving people”
- The host is a very helpful and friendly person, but when you rate a stay, you should rate an apartment and not just the host. He even accepted us to arrive at 11 am which is very unusual in Spain. This is probably why I am rating this as "5" and not lower (see the flaws of the apartment). - Location, the apartment is very centrally located in Marbella.

“Great stay near the beach”
Great host with a huge attention to detail. I traveled with kids and there were toys and books waiting for us at the house. The place is very centric, a short walk to the beach with great restaurants nearby. The house is very comfortable and has a working elevator.

“Everything you need for a great stay in Marbella”
Andreas was really helpful with helping us with our luggage when the lift from the carpark did not work.. The apartment was very well set up with everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The apartment was quiet and had nice furnishings. The location was great and had an excellent supermarket across the road.

“Would definitely recommend!”
Marbella is quite a hilly city but the apartment is well-placed, close to all places of interest - center, beach, bus station, supermarket right across the street. The apartment is very spacious, it had everything one could possibly need, great views from the balcony and very clean. Our host was super helpful, he was constantly in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed, he shared many useful tips for the city and made some valuable food recommendations. I'd strongly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to visit Marbella.

Amazing location, just 5 min walk to the beach. The property is very clean and well stocked with essentials. Very responsive host too. There were books and toys for kids as well. We had a really good and comfortable stay.

The flat has a great location just walking to old town and beach and big Carfour just 50 meters away .the flat is super clean and has a beautiful smell in every corner and has all facilities and the owner pays attention to all details such toes for kids ,ice box , toaster , fliers to all activities in Marbella .if you want to stay in a Marbella I think this a marvellous option .easy check in at any time even after 10 pm easy check out

I especially loved the host's attention to detail. Everything was thought of in the apartment to make the stay comfortable. The pictures don't do it justice. I thought reviews before mine were paid for lol but after staying there, they didn't say enough good things. Accessibility to all floors is easy and Good , location is good, host is nice, clean apartment, look its everything you need.
