“Don't hesitate to book here”

It's a fantastic apartment with lots of nice places to eat nearby. Shops supermarkets all nearby and 5 min walk from the train station. Would absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

We booked this apartment because we have some relatives, who live in Marbach, and we want to stay close to them. In the beginning, we thought that the apartment is OK, it is on the second floor. Although, the bed sheets were not good at all. Unfortunately, the host didn't mention that they are doing a major constriction on the first floor of our building. The heavy and excessive noise of the drilling, hammering, walls demolitions and dust in the air would start at 8:00 am in the morning.!!! It was very disappointing to experience this for 8 days during our stay. If the host would tell us then we would rent else where or reimburse us for the inconvenience.

My impressions about this apartment were the best and excellent. The owner of the apartment met me personally and gave me the key. Heiko contacted me previously and asked what time would be convenient for me to check in and out and accepted my wishes. He explained to me in detail how I could use all household appliances: everything was comfortable and clear. Then he helped me to find all the needed cafes and shops nearby. The apartment was close to the old town, right on the corner, so we could walk along the streets with half-timbered houses until late evening. The view of the city from the apartment was fantastic: Alexander Kirche, 15th century, a city on a hill, tall fir trees, cozy houses with Christmas illuminations. This trip looked like a Christmas fairy tail!
