The resort itself was exceptional, we loved the whole thing, it was just a shame that we had bad weather. We still enjoyed the stay regardless. It is a well maintained property.

Exactly as described - so quiet too, it definitely was tranquil! Super chilled out resort and nice to self-cater and not feel like you’re in a hotel, but with options to eat, dine and have housekeeping too. Staff were really helpful and could organise bikes and local recommendations etc. Nice to have a few putting greens to play on in the evenings too. Pool and beach facilities were lovely, it would be nice to swim out more from the beach but the topography of the north of Marathon is slightly rockier and the area was super clean. Still a nice sandy beach and loads of games to play as well as watersports. A sunset cocktail at the Tiki Bar sets off the evening nicely! Not far to drive to Sombrero beach, Bahia Honda and Publix (of course;-)).

“Outstanding resort with great facilities”

Beautiful hotel and grounds in tranquil surroundings; beach bar and beach games were excellent - they serve great cocktails! - and staff were all helpful and polite; villa we stayed in was clean, comfortable and spacious with nice view. We've stayed before and the hotel didn't disappoint this time either - and given we stayed over Christmas, it made for a magical part of our trip!

“Lovely 4 night stay in paradise.”

The beds were so incredibly comfy. The rooms were large and well equipped. The views and proximity to everything were perfect. Grounds well kept and stunning. Everything was clean!

“Nice but overpriced”

The size of the property was large, 3 pools which is good but not enough amenities for the size. No pool bar, no pool service and the restaurant and tiki bar shut at 8pm.

It’s was one of the best hotel! What an amazing place!

Beautiful resort right on the water. We loved the location, beautiful views and beach. Restaurants and snorkling opportunities are right around the corner and Key West is about an hour drive away. It was great to have a kitchen and being able to enjoy our morning coffee and evening wine on the front porch overlooking the water. So relaxing!

“A truly unforgettable 3-day stay!”

We are a French family and our experience at Tranquility Bay was simply fantastic — something we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. Everything was nearly perfect. Our villa with an ocean view was exceptional: spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every comfort. The beds were huge and incredibly comfortable — a big plus for me as I often have back issues and tend to be quite sensitive when it comes to bedding. We loved everything from the pools to the beach to the bar — the whole resort felt like paradise. And finally, a big thank you to the staff, who were all friendly and helpful. A special mention to William for the warm welcome and assistance! Highly recommended — we can’t wait to come back.

The location and "Tranquility" are pure joy. We were given a free upgrade to a 3 bed beach view house which was gorgeous and so spacious it made our stay even more special.
