Basic but comfortable rooms, clean but tired. Own private beach and pool a unique selling point on the Keys. Could be great with a bit of love and money, hope someone buys it and invests in it. Good bar next door and nice park to watch the sunset.

Location was perfect, halfway down the keys for access to all. Close to restaurants and activities. Private beach was lovely, breakfast was a real bonus too
