The hotel was overbooked. My reservation wasn't ready on arrival. The hotel management decided to not charge us. Im asking for a full refund

This accommodation could be a wow factor as the entrance and pool area are impressive at first glance. Rooms were a good size and clean. Lovely surrounding area.

The food at the tiki bar & angler and ale was really good. Room was spacious and comfortable. Better location for families, not the best for couples.

Stunning resort located in the mid Keys. Lobby a beautiful welcome and rooms nicely deigned, airy and clean. The little lagoon with free paddle boarding and canoeing for the kids was a nice touch.

On arrival my family and I went to the beach bar which was extremely busy. One of the bar staff (Raul) was very rude to my wife, actually snatched her phone for payment and was generally obnoxious. Later that evening, he came over to the table with food, at which point I addressed the issue with him (as my wife was visibly upset); at which point he denied taking her phone and swore at me before leaving?! I took this up with the reception staff (Debbie/Thomas), who on further investigation found that on taking my wife's phone for payment had charged us three times. The staff explained that this was unacceptable, and that a refund would be made with an email as recipient (we are know how in the uk, with no refund). Overly substandard and ineffective support.
