“Great sunset, staff could be friendlier”

Very nice sunset view, many people sit by the beach and enjoy :) Comfortable location, close to nice attractions like Dolphin Research Center. Nice 2 pools, open all time, one more and one less crowded. Generally very nice, well-conditioned hotel.

Great stay overall. The hotel has great pools, a great location facing the sea, and the rooms are a decent size. A great place to enjoy a vacation. I also liked that we were able to rent bikes, umbrellas, beach chairs etc. for free. Super comfortable beds (on the softer side, very comfy) and I just love the shampoo and conditioner they have, they do wonders for my hair.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. One of the highlights was the two swimming pools. Having both options made a big difference — one was perfect for relaxing and unwinding, while the other was great for swimming laps or enjoying time with family. Both pools were clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of loungers available. The breakfast was another standout feature. There was a wide variety of options, including fresh pastries, fruits, hot dishes, eggs made to order, and good coffee. Everything was fresh and regularly replenished, and the dining area was spacious and comfortable. It was the perfect way to start each day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and well-organized. Staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with excellent amenities and a great breakfast experience.

Nice clean room sea view from the balcony tv had Netflix big bonus huge bed lovely and comfortable plenty of choice for breakfast staff were cheerful and welcoming two swimming pools both heated pool towels were plenty full parking was 20 usd per day

Outstanding hotel. Our room was supposed to be on the 'parking side' on the ground floor (which was not described like that on the web site). Fortunately one of the rooms could be upgraded on the sea side at the 2nd floor. We enjoyed a very nice stay in this hotel. The 'lighthouse' restaurant was excellent with an oustanding service (though very expensive...but everything comes at a price)

The property is beautiful and the staff is friendly. I wish there was a real beachfront, but there isn’t. There are hidden fees that I wish I knew about before booking and not after I was changed $340 for extra things that I didn’t know I was going to be charged for. The food is good but very expensive (to be expected somewhat I guess - it is a resort after all, but if you are traveling with a family it gets very pricey). We did enjoy our stay, however.
