“Peaceful place and enjoyed this new experience.”

It was an experience for us, staying in a RV/Boat, we've never done that, the room was big enough for a family of four, nice comfy beds and the peaceful view in the porch was just what we need. Recommended if want to experience something different.

Really quirky place, loved having the patio looking over the water which really made it special. Epic sunset viewing spot and going out on the kayaks was really cool. Would recommend!

Unique place to stay for me. The most beautiful location, really tranquil- manatees swimming next to my dock. The house boat was well stocked. Free kayaks and bikes to use. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect and idyllic location for a few days .. pool on site as well as kayak and bike use . Boat houses were well appointed . Not far to shops for supplies

Aqua lodges are perfect for exploring Florida keys. Many great restaurants near by. It is spacious, clean, you can use pool (heated), kayaks and bikes, there is a sunset point. Staff is very nice.

Location, cleanliness and activities (canoe and pool)

Location on the water! So tranquil! We even had two Manatees swimming around even though they should not be there in September (to warm). Very clean house boat. Easy to check-in with very welcoming and easy to follow instructions for our late arrival.

“Amazing place!”

Absolutely everything! We weren't expecting much for the last night of our USA road trip, before we flew home from Miami, but it turned out to be our favourite overnight stay. 5 Pelican was like brand new, spotlessly clean with every facility you could think of. As a group of 2 couples, the restrooms just across the way, as well as our private bathroom, were very convenient for us too. The outlook and views all around were spectacular, especially for the boats and wildlife. The swimming pool was lovely and a lovely surprise was that the kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles were also freely at our disposal. The lady in the office was so lovely, welcoming and helpful. Stores and eateries were a short drive away and a shout out to JJ's Doghouse, a locals bar that we had a great couple of hours in!

What an amazing place to stay - the views across the lake were beautiful. The location is great and near to a number of beaches / shops / restaurants. The staff were very helpful and everything was well organised. Would happily visit again!

Beautiful area. Houseboat had everything we needed. Lovely views from the boat. Used the kayaking, bike and pool facilities, all were good and a great bonus.

Our stay on this Florida Keys houseboat was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the unique charm of living on the water. It was such a refreshing change from typical accommodations during our journey in US, and we loved being surrounded by the beauty of nature. The houseboat itself was a true sanctuary. We a day relaxing on the deck, taking in the stunning views of the tranquil bay. It was the perfect spot to unwind with a good book, sip on a refreshing drink, and simply soak up the peaceful atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the houseboat and especially the pool area. It was evident that the staff took great pride in maintaining a pristine environment, which made our stay that much more enjoyable. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. One of the highlights of our stay was watching the breathtaking sunsets from the nearby beach. Overall, our houseboat stay in Marathon was an unforgettable adventure. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a unique and memorable vacation. It's the perfect way to experience the beauty of the Florida Keys while enjoying the comforts of home.
