Just a stunning, stunning location and view. A simple property which is squeaky clean and has all you need. Theodora and Vasileios are super hosts and are always there if you need any extra supplies such as loo roll or blankets. They even left a lovely bottle of wine for my husband’s birthday which was so sweet of them. The pool area is gorgeous and you often have to all to yourself. Perfect sun trap too.

Very quiet part of the island with amazing views. The sunrise is spectacular! The hosts are so lovely and gave us great advice about how to explore the island.

Loved this property! It's in a lovely quiet location, perfect for anyone looking for some relaxation. The villa was spacious and comfortable, with gorgeous views of the sea and islands. The hosts were welcoming and there to help at all points which made my trip better! The place felt very safe and relaxing. The pool was a huge bonus, it was wonderful. I highly recommend hiring a car if you're here to access the nearby town Keri.

The hosts were so lovely. We had a late flight and they waited for us. They did our washing and were just very nice. The apartment was great and the location was so peaceful and beautiful. Highly recommend.

“Great view, very quiet place to relax.”

The view over the bay was gorgeous. Very quite, perhaps 1 car every 10 minutes (in October) on the road below FLisvos. Access to the beach in about 10 minutes, either starting from the road 150 m further or 150 m back. Great place to relax. You'll likely need a car since walking to Keri harbor takes about 30 minutes. The bed was very good.

Hired this place for my husband’s 50th birthday. We knew the area as had stayed in the neighbouring complex previously. Simply fabulous location in regards views, best on the island. The sunrise was insane and it is set in an ancient olive grove over looking Marathias island and the entire southern bay of Zante itself. The property itself was very clean and comfortable and the couple who own the property could not be sweeter and more helpful. The bed was super comfortable, the pool area is beautiful (great sunbeds which were very comfy) saltwater pool which I liked (sure it helped me tan!) and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need or want. We arrived to a big bowl of fresh fruit, fresh coffee capsules, milk etc. and a warm smile. Just lovely.

The best feature of the property is the view. It is everything one can dream of.

We loved everything about Villa Flisvos - we had an apartment with a balcony so the sea views were amazing. We also had a patio at the back to catch the last of the sun. The apartment is very well equipped, spotlessly clean and lots of seating areas. Nothing was too much trouble for Vasilis - we asked to borrow a BBQ and he was happy to oblige, and he offered to post our postcards for us when we realised there are no post boxes on the island. The landscaping is lovely and the seawater pool a great way to cool down. There are 2 good tavernas within a 5 minute walk and a great beach bar as well. Thoroughly recommend Villa Flisvos.

“Do not think- just book it! Great stay above expectations”

It was above expectations. The view is amazing!! The apartment is really big, with a bedroom and a living room. AC, stove, fridge- everything worked well. It was a nice welcome which included fresh fruits and home made olive oil (thank you Vasilis!). 2 restaurants nearby- we liked the one on the left. On the way down (3 min walk) is a platform with stairs to the see- no one around! Great for snorkelling! 5-7 min drive and you are in the port to rent a boat or to spend time on a sand beach. If you find this apartment available, book it without any doubt!

Great quiet location, lovely attentive hosts , everything you need for a relaxing break. 3 places to eat within walking and kiri port 5 mins drive away . Brilliant pool to chill in after a day of exploring.

What an amazing view! Great place with a lot of privacy and a nice host. We feel very welcome! The road is a bit difficult at first but after it is Oke. It is al worth it!

“Fun at Flisvos”

We liked everything. The apartment has all requirements for a short stay. The management were super friendly and were accomodating of any requests. Our apartment was on the top level with balcony and parking outside. There are two brilliant tavernas within walking distance. The pool, the views and peace and quiet. Lots of small details thought of including quality shampoo and conditioner, pool towels and a welcome basket of fruit. We did have a car which I think is required. We hope to return one day.
