“Great staff and location”

The location was great for Fiumicello beach and had a couple of restaurants nearby, as well as a few bars. Perfect for a slow paced relaxing holiday. The swimming pool was nice and the seating area at the front was nice for the evening sun. The staff were all lovely!

Fantastic resort feeling hotel. Swimming pool, indoor/outdoor lounge area, drinks and snacks, excellent breakfast, friendly professional staff. Close to beach and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very attractive and spotlessly clean. It’s located between a small beach and a small harbor in a quiet area that has several restaurants and shops. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Private parking is limited and should be reserved ahead but parking is available on a small street the runs beside the hotel.

“nice hotel in good location, friendly and helpful staff”

the location was walking distance the beach and the port is a short taxi ride. there are some really good restaurants at the harbour. the pool at the hotel is large but unheated so really cold. there is plenty of sun beds and the terrace is spacious.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were lovely and friendly. The pool area has beautiful Mountain View. Short walk to the beach, with snack bar and incredible sunsets. Breakfast was amazing!!

The breakfast served in the courtyard outside is Divine :) The staff are extremely attentive and kind. The room is clean and comfortable and the hotel is situated in a great position.

“Incredible stay”

The location is great, nice restaurants around, a beach very close to the hotel (8 minutes walking). The breakfast is incredible, best I ever had in a Hotel. Staff are also very nice and helpful, we didn't have a car and they offer a shuttle to the train station or book taxis to go to nearby places. Can highly recommend!

“Wonderful hotel where hospitality still lives!”

From greeting to leaving this place was very special. We loved the kindness and hospitality of the staff. A welcome drink on arrival is something I’ve not experienced in a long time, was lovely to see this at this hotel. We loved the pool area. The breakfast is another level of amazing - we come to Italy every year and this is one of the very best - would be 5 star if in England! The bed and pillows very comfy. The rooms and all facilities are spotlessly clean. There is a shuttle service but we did not use as we had a car. Not far from the beach, a small port and a few km from the beautiful little historic centre of Maratea. You can even see the Christ redeemer statue from the hotel.

Our stay at Hotel Murmann was exceptional. A hidden gem in the beautiful town of Maratea along the coast, away from heavy tourism and amongst the local population. The hotel is just an 8 minute walk from the nearest beach, as well as close to local shops and a supermarket. The breakfast was the best we have had along our trip. The pool and surrounding area was gorgeous, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and accommodating, even offering to pick us up and bring us to the nearby train station at check in and check out, along with all of our luggage. We wish we stayed longer! We will be back!

We had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The staff were helpful and even arranged a complimentary tuktuk ride to the train station, which made our departure much easier. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was nice for relaxing. The breakfast was amazing with fresh local products, tasty juices, and local cakes and croissants. Everything was fresh and well-presented with regional flavors.
