“No doubt one of the the best All Inclusive Resorts in the World for families.”
Fantastic food, even for people with allergies. Drinks and beverages are well prepared and maintained. Excellent service. Perfect room and excellent care about details. All areas are very clean and there is a genuine care about the health, the safety and the entertainment. People always go above and beyond to make every guest feel special. Lots of activities for all ages. Service of boat from the hotel is very good and encourage to take them vs the ones offered at the beach.

the staff are excellent and Duty Manager René was outstanding. we seemed to be the only international (English speaking) guests. he went well out of his way as did Regan at the from desk to ensure we were able to communicate (In Spanish and beginners Português)with much of the rest of the staff who don’t speak English. the food and drink options are plentiful and quality is high. the grilled lobster, tuna steak and sushi at dinner, tapiocas, detox juice and pão de queijo at breakfast and fresh coconut water, beer, caipirinhas and Aperol spritz selection from the many beach and poolside bars were a pleasure.
