The flat has all the amenities you might want, the staff who runs it is very gentle and took the effort to understand us despite that we don't speak portugese. She also showed us how to get by in the city and tours we could make there. It was really clean and we were given even stuff like salt and other stuff like tissue we didn't need to buy because she gave it to us
