“Nightmare!”
The price-performance ratio is terrible. The rooms look not like the modern and new ones shown in the photos. My bed linen was torn, and both the sheets, the room, and the bathroom were dirty. When I complained, I was initially told that I could move to another hotel and receive a full refund. Shortly afterwards, nothing was said about that anymore, and I was accused of having caused it by myself to reduce the price and get a discount. No further comment!

“Stunning chic guest house”

Not able to stay due to their booking error so nothing to like. At least the staff were apologetic and helped us by phoning other hotels to get us a bed for the night

“Nice hotel, needs review of some processes”
Breakfast options were great and it was always prepared in time. The staff is really attentive and rooms are spacious and clean. Bed is great and the pool is a great advantage although not as useful during the winter. Check-in and check out was really good and they were always happy to help. I wish I had tried the massages!
