The staff where friendly, professional and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice and clean. I would recommend Kapital to everyone. We loved it there and also the people.

The hotel is nice and the staff is not too bad... the restaurant is not clean....horrible food, breakfast was really bad, dirty plates and glasses,flies on the bread....just messy and unhygienic....The rooms were clean though

“Was lovely enough to make me consider the same hotel for my next visit...which is very soon”
breakfast was great but the chicken giblets were an unusual item to find. I enjoyed sitting outside with the wind in my hair. a very lovely and romantic atmosphere. it felt welcoming and clean. modern decor spacious room the receptionist was gracious and communicated brilliantly both verbally and physically

“A conveniently located hotel within walking distance of banks and popular restaurants.”
I appreciated several aspects of my stay, particularly the welcoming attitude of the staff - Ranid and Nelia were consistently kind and proactive, always looking for ways to compensate for the hotel’s shortcomings. The water issue was eventually resolved, and I was also granted a late checkout, which was a thoughtful gesture.
