“Very negative experience.”
First, they asked for a payment at arrival (which is OK). I explained I would do it in 2 hours, for private reasons, but he did not accept. After long negotions, they finally accepted. But they were not very friendly. It was treated like if I would steal something from them.... Then, I wanted to bring a friend into the room, at around 21h30 in the evening. They refused at the entrance gate and treated her like a prostitute (she's a PhD!). I asked to call the owner, who also refused; even thought I calmly explained the situation. I have been to many hotels in my life: This one is certainly OK - but the friendliness and client-centredness which one would expect, was completely missing. Better go to other places like Joli Guest House or Hotel Cardoso, where there is a culture of "hospitality". I do not recommend.

I loved every second of our stay. From the moment we entered until our last day, the staff was amazing. The place is clean and my kids enjoyed swimming. We will definately be back.

“Great value for money!”
It was tidy, clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and boasted with all the important amenities that easy a short stay. The people working there were though the best! From the porter to the owner, they were all so friendly, smiling, helpful and attentive!

Everything was perfect. Good communication for arranging a visa and airport pick up. Very nice room, goid shower, comfy bed. Good wifi. Nice swimmingpool area. Very good breakfast. Good quiet location, but very close to sights. Very friendly staff. Feels like a home. Highly recommended.
