The check in experience was great. We were warmly welcomed but that's where it stopped. We ordered room service as we arrived late from airline complications. The food was cold and not good at all to eat. Breakfast wasn't great. There were flies on the fruit and food was cold and flavourless unfortunately. We stayed in room 1201 and the chair on the balcony was broken and it ripped our clothing when sitting down. We were travelling back to Australia with our two little babies and asked if there was any possibility to checkout at 2/3pm. This request was met with no help from staff. We understand that sometimes it is not possible, but the resort had very very few guests. After asking on 3 seperate occasions and asking if someone could call a manager to ask we were told we could pay 865 pesos. We were able to stay until 2pm after many conversations. It was really disappointing as we frequent the Las Hadas restaurants when we stay at our home near by in La Punta. Can a manager please email me back regarding our stay. Many thanks.

Fabulous architecture,' fairyland'! Our room was high up ,with a great view from our balcony Very nice pool and landscaping. The beautiful beach is great for children, very calm and clear,great for snorkeling, we rented equipment there.
