Yas, the night host was great! But the lady from the day shift was not friendly. She almost didn't want us to stay in the hotel pool or common areas after checkout - which you can do pretty much everywhere. She moved us away from a common table area and a sofa "because they had to clean" and then she asked "So, when are you leaving?" We felt unwanted there. It wasn't pleasant.
