“Tropical paradise in the middle of the jungle”
This was our favorite place during our three week trip in Costa Rica. Being in the middle of the jungle and hearing the howling monkeys every morning and seeing so many beautiful birds was simply unforgettable. You feel like your in a tree house. We loved the outdoor area where we spent all of our nights and mornings. We did not personally meet the hosts but they always reponded promptly and provided very clear instructions which were easy to follow including the directions to the bungalow.

“A hidden house in the jungle.”
The house was so peaceful. I felt like you were right in the jungle. The early morning Howler Monkeys were not peaceful but a delight to hear so close.

“Chill lodge in the middle of the rain forest”
If calm and tranquility is what you’re looking for, then you’ve come to the right place. Keep in mind that you’re in the middle of a jungle, so do not be surprised if the howler monkeys wake you up several times at night. You’ll get used to them. We spotted more wildlife from our deck than during our guided tour in the Manzanillo reserve. It’s a no frills place, so be prepared for that.
