Overview
This hotel is located on a La Mancha-style estate in the town of Manzanares, between three of the most beautiful natural parks in the country: Cabañeros, las Lagunas de Ruidera and las Tablas de Daimal Natural Parks. Trees, bushes, gardens, and plants impregnate this place with greenery, and with its swimming pool make for a very appetizing setting within the La Mancha countryside. The public spaces and the rooms of the hotel contain wooden furniture, leather chairs and forged wall lights which contribute to the affable and cosy atmosphere. The most representative dishes of the restaurant are the migas ruleras (fried breadcrumbs), the gachas (pâté), the galianos manchegos, the duelos y quebrantes, the cod tiznao, the rabbit mojete and the caldereta manchega (lamb stew).

“Fabulous value and a great base to explore”
We stayed here for 2 nights in June 2026. We drove from Toledo and pulled off at Manzanares and into our Parador, a pretty building with a large garden and pool, not that we'd take much advantage of that. The rooms were a good size with nice balconies and garden views and after a coffee in the café we returned to our rooms. Dinner didn't start til 8:30 and there was nothing within walking distance so it was a late night. The food was lovely though, well presented and nicely cooked. I had the burger and it was so large it was quite exhausting to eat but, sadly, it didn't stop us ordering three desserts to share between us. Service was pleasant too but the late meal meant we didn't get to bed until midnight. We had a very nice breakfast - tuna empanada this time for me as well as the buffet - before leaving at 9AM to explore the local area. We had dinner in the Hotel Manzanares opposite us as the Parador didn't start food until 8:30 and we really didn't want another late night. The food wasn't up to Parador standards but it was both available and only 15 euros for a 3 course menu of the day. Overall, excellent service, good location for driving (just off the A road) but bad for walking into the town, nice food although we are still on an English body clock so can't adjust to eating so late and excellent value.

“Fantastic stopover on the route down to southern Spain”
The staff were very friendly, and efficient from the front desk to sharing jokes with bar staff. the room was clean , comfortable and well equipped. Having the choice of gourmet or snack menus to choose from on site. Sympathetic use of an existing building but not without modern touches. Great spot to stay if travelling to or from the south of Spain

We enjoyed staying in this non chain and more traditional hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable room with very nice bathroom layout. Good dinner in the restaurant with excellent recommendation for wine--- Parking facilities a bonus. People in the town very helpful in directing us to the hotel. Will stay again

Lovely friendly staff. Room was clean comfortable with nice little veranda too. It is a little run down here and there but nothing to put you off coming. Food here is excellent and very reasonably priced too, with great wine list to choose from. Very easy to locate just off the motorway. Its a little gem. Definitely a return visit for us.

“A perfect break on a long journey”
Location was perfect 2 minutes from the A-43. We took dinner in the restaurant, you have to leave the main building which on a cold or wet night is not ideal. However the food was excellent and the waiters helpful. Of course you can also eat in the bar/cafe.

The building inside is very nice, bedrooms good size, very clean , comfy bed and good shower. The choice for breakfast was OK not excellent. Very convenient location.
