The excellent concierge, Raul and his nephew Josue, are very responsive to all requests - super accommodating and helpful. They facilitated and organized multiple last minute excursions, taxis, Covid tests, guides etc with good cheer and efficiency. Their assistance is what makes this apartment appealing.

“An fantastic apartment with a luxury feeling”
I have been living in different hotels at Playa Espadilla and the Elephant Castle is absolutely the best placed I have stayed. I will book my next year stay now. The apartment is nicer than the pictures show and the living room with the kitchen is a lot bigger than the impression given by the pictures. The terrace is large and unique. We watched the sun go down in the Pacific every evening together with the monkeys. This is a luxury class apartment with competitive pricing. We are very satisfied. We had up to 200 mbps download speed and that was very impressive. There were extra towles (also for the beach) and linens. Raul was very helpful and always responded within minutes. He was flexible with the check in. The restaurant downstairs was very nice and the staff there are very friendly. No noise from the restaurant.
