Great hotel with nice pools . We knew about the many stairs to the beach and that was fine for us. Parking worked out ok if a bit tight . For visiting restaurants and shops, I’d recommend a car especially after dark.

Everything. The restaurant, pool area, the incredible views, easy access to the beach, and the service personnel were truly amazing.

The Adult pool area was a nice bonus as the main pool was full of kids. Happy hour was 3-6pm when drinks were a good price. Most of the food was good, but expensive. Monkeys visit the pool area most afternoons which is great fun. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

The hotel is beautiful, staff is very helpful and kind. Rooms are spacious and clean. Everyday we had a banch of monkeys visiting our terrace. They tried to open a window door with no fear but it was quite funny. We had a fantastic view to the sea and a jungle. The pool was really nice with great juices and drinks.

The adult pool and bar staff were excellent, it was a nice peaceful area with exceptional views where we could relax by the pool and watch the wildlife, monkeys often running past, macaws and tucans flying over. Tours can be booked at the hotel with Johnny who was very helpful and took care of fresh towels too and great at pointing out the wildlife and their favourite trees. The beach was just a short walk and chairs available, lovely swimming in the sea. Taxis only $10 wherever you want to go in Manuel Antonio. We enjoyed a 45 minute walk to the National Park along different beaches where we saw lots of wildlife and sloths. Excellent Vegan Menu in the restaurant however breakfast was a bit more difficult with nothing labelled so it was mostly fresh fruit and Costa Rican rice and plantain but it was delicious. All the staff in restaurant very good and cared for guests well (Javier, Alex, Edgar, Ericka and Daniel), reception (Jafel, Kevin and Fiona great welcome every time), buggy drivers helping us to and from our rooms with luggage (Jairo and Kevin) all doing an excellent job with friendly happy personalities that stood out Pura Vida living Superb we will be back
