Oceanfront Hotel Verde Mar direct access to the beach is the CLOSEST hotel to the beach offering easy and direct BEACH ACCESS for its guest, an outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi, parking lot and is located at walking distance from the famous Manuel Antonio National Park. Reservations for more than 6 rooms have to be AUTHORIZED BY THE HOTEL ADMINISTRATION. All rooms at Oceanfront Hotel Verde Mar direct access to the beach have wooden furniture, simple décor, privated bathrooms with solar heated water and air conditioning. We ARE PET FRIENDLY, there is an additional charge of $20 plus tax, per pet, per night. Please, let us know ahead of time if you are bringing any pets because we use DIFFERENT BEDDING for pets. Sports fishing and sailing activities are popular in the region. Guests at Oceanfront Hotel Verde Mar direct access to the beach may also enjoy hiking and surfing. Manuel Antonio National Park is located within 10 minutes walk

“Relaxing, Cosy, and Exceptional Stay.”
Amazing location. Direct access to the utterly beautiful Espadilla Beach. Also the hotel is located to a walking distance to Manuel Antonio National Park and several restaurants and some grocery stores nearby. Furthermore, just across the main entrance of the hotel there is a bus stop to the nearest village, Quepos. It´ll take you about 15 to 20 minutes to get the village. The crafty, detailed and cossy decoration took my heart too: beautiful carved wood headboard and doors, loads of plants, paths of stonebricks and colorful tiles , gardens, the swimming pool... No music or loud chats are allowed overnight in the comunal areas, so you can relax with the sounds of the jungle. Impossible not to mention the lovely, helpful and hospitable staff always ready to help. Pura Vida!!!

“Great location but a bit tired”
Great location, with direct access onto the beach. The property was also surrounded by wildlife, and we enjoyed watching the very playful spider monkeys. Sammie the hotel cat was lovely too. There is a small swimming pool which we used when it got too hot to go onto the beach, however, it could have done with better filtration. Restaurant was nice, but isn't open on Wednesdays and at this time of the year the evenings neither.

Proximity to the sea. Location. Not too expensive. Clean. Beds were comfortable, shower was good. The pool looked nice (we chose to swim in the sea rather). Some nice mosaics in the garden.

Location has a gate at the pool area for direct beach access, exactly as advertised. Most hotels have a short walk to the beach but here you can even take quick shower after a swim and go directly back to the beach.

“Fantastic location.”
When we arrived we were "upgraded" to a bigger room as the cheaper one we'd paid for wasn't ready. The staff were very helpful when we struggled to book our visit to Manuel Antonio National Park online, and did it for us on their computer. The breakfast although not included in our deal was very good. There was a bus stop right outside and it was a short walk to the local restaurants and of course having the private entrance and walkway to the beach was the big bonus. We saw monkeys on the beach! It was also only a 10 minute walk to the national park.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is really just a few steps away from a beautiful beach. The room is very simply furnished, but it's enough.

Amazing location, right by the beach. Not fancy, but great value for your money, clean room, air-conditioning. And a bonus is all the animals. Sloths hanging everywhere, monkeys coming and going as they please.
