Our stay at La Posada was wonderful. We were greeted by Ronny who made the entire trip to Manuel Antonio so easy and a great experience. We were able to pre-book our national park tickets and tour before arrival and the hotel answered any questions we had prior to arrival. Upon arrival we were upgraded and had terrific service for the entire stay. Ronny came and checked in each morning asking what we needed and introduced us to our tour guide. The location is perfect - right at the park entrance. It’s also a few minutes walk to the beach, which we walked to both mornings. There are restaurants nearby but it’s also easy to catch the local bus to Quepos.

A wonderful stay. The location is ideal: the hotel is almost inside Manuel Antonio Park. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind. Be careful, no parking! Possibility to park the car nearby but it that’s not free (about 10$ per day)

“Can't beat the location for wildlife”

The location is excellent. Being so close to the National park, we saw squirrel monkeys, capuchins, sloths, raccoons and iguanas right in the hotel garden. It is a five minute walk to the beach. The pool is great in the heat. The air con worked really well in the rooms and was such a relief in the heat of the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They quickly found us another night tour when the tour we had booked fell through at the last minute. They also joined us in our nightly search of the gardens for frogs and other animals! There was lots of space in the first floor apartment in the house.

A little oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Great location next door to Manuel Antonio national park. Saw almost as much nature while chilling by the pool as in the park itself. Fantastic. Monkeys, Sloth, deer and raccoons all seen from the hotel grounds. Pool charming, room had good air-conditioning, beds were comfortable and breakfast was fine. Walking out and directly into the national park on the days we visited was an added bonus.

The location for the national park was excellent. You could simply roll out of bed and cross the street and you’re there. We had macaws in the garden in the morning and could hear the howler monkeys from our room which was lovely. The beds were very comfortable so you could enjoy a rest after exploring the park and environs. There are lots to see and do with it walking distance. Laundry service was good and reasonably priced. We met the manager who was very kind and showed us photos of the animal guests who sometimes came to the hotel :-) We would recommend this hotel

“Extraordinary stay in a 4-star hotel so close to the National Park!”

The La Posada Hotel is located right next to the entrance of the Manuel Antonio National Park so that you can see how long queues are. The Hotel (Ronny) was extremely supportive also in booking entrance tickets for the park. The pool is fantastic and right at the border to the National Park, so that the garden around the pool is regularly visited by monkeys, lizzards and birds from the park.

“Great, value Hotel, in, great location with lovely staff L”

The La Posada Jungle Hotel, couldn't be in a better position, right next door to the Park entrance and A short walk to the beautiful Espadilla beach. Ronny was fantastic with his promptness of answering my questions leading up to our stay. When we explained, that we would be arriving extra early and that we were concerned about where to park. He came out to meet us and got the parking guy to direct us. He let us leave our luggage at reception and allowed us to check in early. We needed the ATM and he took us to where the machine was. Just excellent customer service! The breakfast included was good value. Okay,the rooms are dated and the furniture needs renewing, but sometimes it's about how helpful and friendly the staff are that makes a place great. We loved our day relaxing around the pool, our last morning, we were treated to entertainment from a group of white faced monkeys. Overall, we loved this Hotel☺️

“Fab location with great staff. Some minor adjustments and it would be perfect”

Breakfast was good, location was excellent but what makes this place is the staff. They are friendly and funny and always willing to help. Shout out to Rony who kept us laughing the whole stay. Pool area excellent.

You cant beat this location! It's literally outside the gate for Manuel Antonio park - at night you can hear all the wildlife if you sit outside or enjoy the pool. The room was clean and comfortable

Next to the national park and a short walk to the beach. Great breakfast. Fantastic staff. Manuel Antonio is a buzzy town with lots to do. Accommodation was really clean. Pool was just outside our room which was great to relax in after a busy day. Beds comfortable and the room was quiet.

The location right next to the entrance of the park, and close to the beach, the pool, and great food in the restaurants. That you van see Macaws ans monkeys in the garden. The friendly staff.

Great location with the National Park merging into the hotel grounds. Nice pool and good sized room. Great breakfast.

“Great location but think needs some upgrading.”

Couldn’t get any closer to gates of national park and beach just a short walk away. Ronnie at reception was so helpful - sorted us out with guide for national park.

The hotel is excellent and very comfortable. The rooms are clean and have windows. The surroundings are very quiet in the evenings, and the hotel is located right next to the national park. If we ever return, we would choose only this hotel. The breakfasts are filling, and there is also a restaurant on site.

La Posada Jungle Hotel is a great place to stay. Perfectly located, right next to the park. We had monkeys on our terrace, parrots and toucans in the trees above our room and lizards at our front door. It was spotlessly clean, friendly staff, who gave fantastic recommendations and were always ready to help.
