“Excelente localização, atendimento e acomodações”

I chose this hotel based on the great reviews from other guests, and it definitely lived up to the expectations. The location is excellent, close to the main avenue in Manuel Antonio and also near restaurants with beautiful sunset views. The hotel has comfortable accommodations and a nice pool, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel was excellent. It was situated of the main street, quiet enough to be restful but close enough to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and excellent bus service i to Quepos and Manuel Antonio National Park. The Room was excellent, cleaned daily and had everything you needed. Air con was great. The Swimming pool was excellent and was one of the best we have ever been in. Breakfast menu was good with range of choices. Best of all were the staff. They were a credit to the Hotel. Nothing was too much for them and they went about their business with a smile. Good snack bar and restaurant menu. Food that we ate was very good and compared favourably with the local restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

There were good restaurant options at walking distance but you'd need to get on the car again if you want to go the city centre. There were 4 or 5 parking slots available and we always got one. The hotel is on a side road with low traffic, so parking shouldn't be an issue anyway. Breakfast is served in a nice open space next to the garden and included omelettes - so pretty filling not to worry too much about having lunch until much later. Our room on the ground floor was comfortable and quiet.

Very clean and comfortable The staff is very friendly and professional The breakfast is good with multiple options to choose (continental, traditional, pancaces...) and coffee refill They give you fresh towels for pool AND beach, which is great Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. There is a bus station close by with a bus that goes to Manuel Antonio National Park + Beach and to Quepos in the other direction

“Nice hotel but could be better”

Comfortable beds, decor and style very tasteful. Quiet with a good sleep. Two double beds in good sized room. Clean. Clean pool and beach towels available whenever you wanted. Can walk to many restaurants. Wardrobe space fine but few drawers. Swimming pool area was very pleasant. Parking available.

Lovely modern, clean hotel option in a good location. Well maintained. Just off the main road so no road noise. Bus stop 100 yards away. Fantastic large, modern rooms. Beds are large (by European standards) and v comfortable. Great breakfast options. Friendly, helpful staff.

“Happy days at Hotel Naoz”

This was my second visit to Hotel Naoz. I came back because I knew it would meet my needs and the staff would be friendly and welcoming. I wasn't disappointed. The hotel is small and off the main drag. Therefore it is quiet and relaxed. It has a small pool area which didn't get overcrowded. There is an acceptable bar and restaurant. The rooms have comfortable beds. Everywhere is clean and tidy. Best of all, the staff is unfailingly helpful and friendly. I had a great week.

“Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff.”

This is a great hotel, new and modern. The longer you stay here the more you appreciate it. Great shower, powerful hair dryer and really comfy bed. The room had a fridge and a safe so everything one needs. Lovely swimming pool too. Big shout out to Oscar at breakfast, really professional and very friendly, superb at his job. Juan Carlos helped us book tickets for the park when our attempts over 3 days failed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Breakfasts also superb!
