Huge room, very clean, with a beautiful view of the lake. Incredible location for visiting the city and enjoying the lakefront. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice coffee bar etc included. Nice garden to sit in the shade. Easy and cheap car parking. Dog friendly.

Amazing location next to Duke's Palace and central Mantova, generous breakfast, wonderful room. The reception staff was so helpful and kind, and recommended the restaurant next door which was excellent, and clearly popular with the locals (always a good sign, not touristy). It was so close to the Duke's Palace that I could go back to my room for a rest in just 5 min.

Very well located hotel close to the centre of Mantua. The room was large and quiet. Parking available next door.

Perfect location; easy to arrive by car and a parking space directly opposite. In the historic centre but also right by the lake. The hosts were welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable. There was some noise from the road, but that is to be expected given the location.

The very friendly owner greeted us. The room had a modern bathroom and a comfy bed. It was spacious and clean and had a view of the lake. The breakfast was delicious. We were able to leave our bags there after checking out. It is in a great location in a lovely little town with some interesting sights and walks.

Kind and helpful staff who gave us a quiet room which was spacious and clean. Good breakfast with excellent fresh fruit and other lovely options which we really appreciated. We were also happy that we could leave our luggage for a while next morning.

“A good B&B ideally located to visit Mantova”

First of all please note this is a B&B, not a hotel - but in an ideal location for visiting Mantova. I was given an apartment at the first floor, facing the lake. (Please note there is an ongoing building site right in front, so beware the construction noise during working days.) The apartment was very good in size but somehow underfurnished - some shelves were missing from the wardrobe, and a small table would be useful in the hallway. I cannot fault the cleanliness, and I was pleasantly surprised by the daily room service, given it's a B&B. I also appreciated the fairly large minbar.

My room with a separate private bathroom was very attractive, spacious and clean. The staff were welcoming and helpful The breakfast was great. The location was very good, a few minutes walk from the center and close to the lake. I fully recommend it. (Try to visit the amazing Theatre Bibiena across the road)

Martina and Marinella could not have been better hosts - they went above and beyond, waiting for us to return early morning to ensure we had got to our parking position, even fixing my driving glasses. The room was large, air con and very comfortable in a traditional way. all in all very pleasant and memorable experience

“Warm and friendly Place”

A really nice old building and it is like you are a local living there. The young lady who greeted me with the keys and information was very helpful. I loved staying here. Also had a nice little balcony where I could sit in the sun and drink their free coffee.

This hotel it is a quite small and very well managed, it is divided in two main buldings distan maybe 50 or 60 mts between them, near a big parking lot and near at least 3 places where you can have a good local and traditional food. Staff very very polite and helpfully Very close to downtown, indeet walking no mora than 10 mintes you re in the heart of Mantova
