“Spacious and stylish”
The rooms were amazing. Very spacious and beautiful. I loved the clean simple decor. The large bathroom was luxurious, with excellent shower. Comfortable beds. The host was mostly very helpful.

Our stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster. We booked this place to have a reliable internet connection, a warm shower, and a good night's sleep, but we failed to achieve any of these goals. First, the Wi-Fi was non-existent throughout our stay. Secondly, the hot water cut out after the first five minutes of showering. As a result, both my son and I were forced to finish our showers with freezing cold water. When I reported this to the staff between 9:20 PM and 10:00 PM, the receptionist was incredibly rude. She simply stated it was "too late" to help, offered no apology, and showed zero empathy for our situation. To make matters worse, the room was far from comfortable. There was a thermostat making a constant 60 dB noise all night, making it impossible to sleep. The cleanliness was also unacceptable; the floors were dusty, and the blankets smelled of mold. We left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere if they value basic hygiene, functional amenities, and decent customer service.

“Perfect location”
Perfect location, close to historic center. Spacious parking garage in walking distance (ca. 5 min.). Large room in renovated palazzo with high-arched ceiling adorned with ceiling-frescoes. Interesting architectural solution: a kind of cube in the middle of the room containing the bathroom and a kitchenette.

“Beautiful”
This is one of the most beautiful apartments I’ve ever stayed in. The interior is stunning, minimal, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. The space is amazing, and the building itself is a beautifully renovated palazzo with a very special style. It was a real pleasure to stay here

“Past meets modern”
Location was great. The studio was comfy and big ,easily accomodating 4 adults. Very beautiful ceiling wich gives the room a very distinct feeling

“very poor, and illegal for invoice collection.”
1. When booking a room online, it has been indicated that we are traveling for business, and I need to bring an invoice or receipt on company letterhead. In the actual process, the landlord once again asked us to provide this information many times, and needed the company VAT code, email information, etc. Waste a lot of time. 2. After the landlord promised to provide the invoice, we called and urged for many times, but we all got the request to provide additional information, but we never got the invoice finally. 3. The landlord promised to provide the electronic invoice to my email for several times, but I never received it. After the call, the landlord just said that he was busy and had to wait. 4. Provide a waiting time of more than 30 minutes for the key, and the bed in the room is not the size shown in the photos. 5. The bed in the room has bugs and the sheets need to be changed temporarily before they can be used. means it is NOT clean at all.

“Great location, great host, great stay :)”
The host was fantastic. She organized key collection, though we were terribly late; also warned us about the gig (we came for) changing location due to rain and readily answered all our questions. The room was great, has a historic atmosphere, but again is very comfortable; the street was very quiet, near center, but also Palazzo Te. Also, there are nice coffee places just outside... we enjoyed our stay very much!
