“Perfect base to explore this lovely city”

Our room with a little balcony overlooking via Broletto, right in the centre of the old town so a great base for exploring the city. We were there in a heatwave so really appreciated the a/c in the room and the fridge with chilled drinks

“A Deceiving, worn out and tired place: avoid it!”

The location is good but the nearby public parking is a rip off! The shown rate makes you think it's 10€/day... no! If you arrive at 11.59 pm, this one minute will be charged as a full day!

“Choose This Hotel if You’re Visiting Mantova/Mantua - And you Should”

I absolutely loved my three night stay at Hotel Broletto. The room was fabulous - spacious, well equipped, clean and stylish. There was a Lavazza Espresso machine in the room for that early morning coffee, luxury hygiene products in the bathroom, a fully stocked complimentary mini bar, and a comfortable bed. The en-suite has everything you need. Everything was in good condition and fresh. There is a lift too - never to be underestimated. The hotel breakfast is a typical Italian fare but really well done. A variety of fresh cornettos, pastries and cakes every day, fruits, cheeses, meats, breads, cereals, and a cappuccino machine. Winning! They have a convivio station set up in the breakfast room during the day and evening for anyone who would like a hot drink or snack. The standout though would have to be the hotel staff, Nicole, Anita, Deborah and in particular - Diletta, who went out of her way to ensure my stay was everything I wanted and perhaps didn’t know I needed. She was absolutely brilliant, cheerful, helpful, lots of great tips and suggestions which made my stay a breeze. Communication was excellent before during and even after leaving. The location is central to everything you want to do and see. This hotel is a 10/10 in every way. I am very glad I chose to visit Mantova/Mantua and that I chose Hotel Broletto.

Excellent staff, very friendly, approachable and helpful. Good advice on restaurants. Breakfasts were continental buffets with good choice and we really enjoyed them. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old city with lots of good restaurants nearby

The breakfast was fine. I told the hotel before I arrived that I was Gluten Free and they provided a whole array of breakfast breads, biscuits and cakes. It was a simple breakfast for all,as they suggested, pastries , yoghurts and fruit.

Location was excellent, right in the old town so everything was very close, including restaurants. Staff were unfailingly charming and helpful. They arranged a taxi to and from Verona Airport which was very efficient. Breakfast was fine and we liked the access to a kettle in the breakfast room so we could have an afternoon cup of tea.

“Good location, and better than it appears from outside.”

We had a spacious room on the 3rd floor, ample hanging space and storage, with seating as well. Comfortable bed, good quality linen and towels. The hotel is in a very central location, but we found it quiet: market stalls were set up just outside the hotel early one morning, but there was no disturbance. Good breakfast: fruit, ham & cheese, eggs, pastries.
