The hotel has 3 rooms total, it is very cosy, and the host was very welcoming. The hotel interiors are great! It has several communal zones that you can use for a snack. The location is great, very close to the centre.

Good location, close to supermarket and 20 minutes walk from the historic center, good standard Italian breakfast and Virginia's friendliness, which allowed us to check in before the time. Beautiful decoration of the property's environments, if we return to Mantova, we will definitely stay there again.

This townhouse, beautifully renovated and situated in the heart of the city, reflects its owner's architectural expertise with evident artistic flair. The accommodation is on the second floor; it's functional, though unremarkable, and might not be the easiest access for an older couple carrying extra weight. The bathroom, while external, is conveniently located right next to the room and maintained in impeccable condition. Cleanliness is a strong point here.

Lovely old property full of character and in a great location near to the centre of Mantova. Virginia made us very welcome and the breakfast was excellent. There was secure storage for our bikes

Amazing hotel! With real frescoes like in the palaces of magnificent Mantua! The photos on the website can't do enough to show the charm and magnificence we found in this Casa! Exceeded all our expectations! Very stylish! Gorgeous furniture! The room and bathroom were like a five star hotel! We had the opportunity to use all the premises and enjoy the beauty of this place. The hostess was wonderful - not only very responsive, but in complete harmony with this magical place! The breakfast was exquisite - the dignity of this place was in everything! The hotel is close to Palazzo Te and very close to the city center with the cathedrals and Palazzo Ducale! Very well arranged transport! There is no better place to prepare for what awaits you in Mantua - the treasury of art and culture! We are in awe of this place and of Mantua - one of the most beautiful Italian cities and which is a really special city! For Mantua you should have more days because it is full of sights! Highly recommend!

“Friendly, clean and good value”

It was great to have a mini kitchen with a wide selection of biscuits and breakfast stuff. The room was bigger than I expected, the air conditioning worked really well and it was close to the town centre.

The hotel is a restored property that maintains the essence of the time it was constructed. It has homely living areas and a breakfast room where you can share your meal with other guests. All rooms have contemporary artworks. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious. The hosts were very attentive. Mantua is a small city and the property is within walking distance of everything.

We liked the accommodation very much - we had not only our lovely bedroom but could use several other rooms - breakfast room, music room and a small kitchen. Victoria was a lovely "hostess" who told us where to park our car without being charged for the parking and who recommended a beautiful restaurant nearby (we went there on our final night in Italy). We loved the coffee machine that we could use ourselves and if one wanted a bigger portion (e.g. to have an 'americano') one could add water from a kettle

“Wonderful”

A wonderful BnB with a very pleasant and helpful owner. The room was very nice and spacious, with an excellent bathroom. Great location, easy to find and just a few minutes on foot to the center of Mantova. Maybe the most important for us, we were able to park our motorcycles in the yard, safe and off the street.

Alhough the House is Originated from the 15th century, , inside was Full comfortable , really clean and well equipped. The internal layout was sophisticated and professional. The old town was only a few minutes walk far from the house. the owners were waiting for us with a tasty surprise.
