“Great location, amazing town complimented by the accommodation”

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Air conditioning was so good, bed really comfy as were the pillows. Bathroom had everything needed: good size, nice toiletries, excellent shower. The room size was generous, mini-fridge and kettle provided. Location was so good being right in Piazza Sordello, opposite the Palazzo Ducale. I travelled by train to Mantova, so was a bit of a maze getting from the train station to the hotel, however once you've walked there the first time, it's easy.

Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, easy to reach all the locations as it is situated in the city centre (Pzza Sordello).

Very well located, in the old town centre. An easy activated card to swipe in and out. Nice and ample big towels and love the moisturiser for the shower, orange and bergamot!

Stunning location

“Total disappointment”

Despite the high price, we got a room that basically had no real windows. Technically, there were windows, but they faced a hallway and were covered with paper, so they were useless. In normal hotels, rooms like this should be cheaper — and we definitely wouldn’t have chosen it if we had known. When we asked to change the room, we were told all other rooms were full. We chose this hotel because of its high rating, hoping for a good room with a nice view, and we paid one of the highest prices in the city. We were very disappointed. It really ruined our stay. We also booked a room with two separate beds, but this was not taken into account. After we complained, they added a second bed in a dark corner, like a small storage space. It was not a good solution either.

Our stay at Bonacolsi Collection Mantua was absolutely wonderful. We had a spacious room with all the necessary amenities: a comfortable bed, a large bathroom with a fantastic shower, and even a small kitchenette with a freezer and refrigerator. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Additionaly, the hotel is very centrally located, with all the hightlights within walking distance.
