The apartment was lovely! And was in such a fantastic location. It was really nice having the private entrance, and felt very safe as a solo traveler. I know some people complained about the noise, but I didn’t find the street noisy at all (I stayed sunday to Thursday). And there was great communication from Luca. Overall a fantastic stay!

Location is excellent for sight seeing. Very clean apartment with large bathroom which includes shower and separate bath. Any Communication with owner was answered quickly.

Great location in Central Mantova, with great cafés and restaurants nearby. Very good bookshops, fashion shops, especially shoes for colder weather. The Palazzo Ducal Museum is an amazing, enormous place to visit and should not be missed. We loved it all. The lakes are enormous, and it's unfortunate it rained a lot while we were there… in bright sunshine I'm sure this is a transcendent destination.

Excellent location, large appartement, very well furnished. Comfortable bathtub, free espresso coffee and tea. Excellent bed.

Parking was closeby and we get disciunt 15% voucher from the owner, so it was nice. Lovely 2 floor apartment. Good place for the family stay.

Unbeatable location. Great separation of bedrooms and kitchen lounge areas - apartment on two levels. The place is reasonably equipped, with strong internet, spacious bathroom with both bathtub and shower, each level has its own aircon. Smooth and fast check in with nice communication with the host.

The host communicated that he cannot host us without any justification and redirected us to another so-called "B&B" where the owner did not speak English and pretty much everything was in a state of disrepair.
