Overview
Alzburg Resort offers accommodation in the centre of Mansfield, within walking distance to Mansfield’s shops, cafes and restaurants. The resort is less than 45 minutes' drive from the snowfields at Mt Buller and 15 minutes' drive from Lake Eildon. Mansfield Golf Course, Mansfield Racecourse and Mansfield Zoo are all a short drive away. Facilities at the Alzburg Resort include a large outdoor solar heated swimming pool, a well-equipped games room, children’s playground, 2 tennis courts, a guest laundry, indoor hot tub and sauna. Guests enjoy free WiFi, BBQ facilities and onsite parking. Alzburg Resort has conference facilities with 3 meeting rooms to choose from, catering is available and the on-site restaurant is available for group bookings. During Winter Alzburg Resort also features a ski and snowboard hire outlet. Lift passes and coach transfers to Mt Buller are available at reception. The gift shop and coffee shop are open 7 days a week during the snow season.

Very clean and I appreciated that they had turned the light on for us so it was easy to find as we arrived in the dark. We didn’t need a lot of the facilities provided in the room but there was a washing machine and a little cooktop, microwave and dishwasher and they all looked brand new. There was a VERY big TV mounted on the wall which we enjoyed watching. It was easy walking distance from our dinner at the hotel and breakfast in town in the morning.

“A nice quiet location with great facilities and a short stroll into town.”
The accommodation was clean, comfy and spacious. Staff were very helpful. The facilities are great including pool, tennis court and outdoor seating/dining areas. The walk into town is less than 1km (5-10 minute walk).

The convent I attended for my schooling was never like this. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable. The facilities were amazing. We took advantage of the sauna and the hot tub was superb. The resort even supplied extra towels for the sauna and pools.
