Angela the General Manager was great. She helped us move in sooner than our arrival time as we had a toddler with us. The front desk person (lady with pixie braid) was not quite willing to allow us to check in yet. Ot was good customer service and a good teaching point. Jessica helped in the breakfast area and she was excellent. She recommended certain items and even gave us to go items. My 23 month old grand daughter actually went up to herr today before we left and said her name and gave her a high give without prompting. The pool was clean and great (I will speak about adjusting things there in the next box.) Service staff were mostly friendly and helpful.
