Spacious and clean room. Close to restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. In the evening we could just walk to the reception to get a cup of tea. Something I really appreciate because I need my cup of tea in the evening ;)

“The hotel did not meet my expectations”
The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and located not far from the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our dogs were even offered some treats, which was a lovely gesture.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. There is a refurbishment ongoing, had I known about this in the first place, I wouldn't book, as I am pregnant and wouldn't expose myself to the smells of paint. Doesn't meet basic hygiene standards - we didn't even have the bathroom door, which was apparently my fault as I haven't counted the doors when moving in. My only fail is that I paid for this room in advance. The bedding smelled. Terrible staff, farting builders on the floor. The front door joint wasn't latched properly, we had to force the door to close it. Cleaning stuff took my dog's towel (we brought it from home), threw it into the common pile, tried to look for it, as if I'd ever take it back from that nasty pile of theirs. Disgusting. Never again.
