Amazing location, you have a cafe right outside, an asian restaurant and at approximately 100 meters there is Dyonisus restaurant an extremely good greek restaurant. There is also a Rewe store to buy stuff. The place was so clean and everything was new. Very comfortable bed and pillow, a new good tv with hundreds of channels including sports, movies and everything you need.

Recently renovated, the rooms offer modern comfort in a convenient location. There is no staff on site, but collecting the key from a box with a code received in advance worked flawlessly. In house, there is a little cafe where you can get a breakfast at a reasonable price.

“Excellent location”
An easy 10 minute walk from Mannheim station. And 5/10 minutes walk from all central Mannheim shops, restaurants etc. The Cafe downstairs is reception and has a nice selection for continental style breakfast.

Check-in was a bit cumbersome. My apartment was located in a different building and this information had not been provided in advance. Calls and messages via Booking were only replied the next day. The elevator stops between floors, so you still have to take stairs.
