Central location was easy to reach from the station. Staff were helpful checking we had everything we needed. Putting a selection of cereals in our room for the bank holiday. When they planned to close reception. Clean and comfortable.

The hotel was located right in the middle of Mannheim, which made it very accessible. The rooms were clean and the neighborhood was quiet, which made it a great place to stay. There are lots of good restaurants nearby too!

The accommodation was excellent in many aspects. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries. “Seamless and comfortable”
Receptionist was wonderful! Incredibly polite and understanding. Room was immaculate and had a very spacious ensuite. Very good location regarding transport plus I had access to their underground car park. Possibly the most clean, comfortable and stress-free accommodation I have had for a while. Several places to eat nearby (under 10 minute walk).
