“AMAZING SMALL NEW HOTEL”
1.Service: The service was outstanding. All staff were very kind, attentive, and genuinely interested in providing a great guest experience. 2. Location: Excellent location within walking distance of Avenida Santander. We were able to check in quickly and walk to enjoy the Feria de Manizales. 3. Cleanliness: The property was very clean throughout — bedroom, entrances, elevators, gym, rooftop, hallways, and common areas. 4. Rooftop View: Amazing mountain views from the rooftop. A perfect spot for great photos. 5. Gym: Basic but sufficient for a good workout. Adding a TV would be a nice extra improvement. 6.Breakfast: Good service with acceptable quality food. Breakfast is included in the hotel rate. 7. Internet: Reliable internet speed, sufficient for working remotely on my laptop for several days. Garage: I only used the garage after check-out to load my luggage into a friend’s car. It was raining, so this was very convenient. 8.Bedroom: Comfortable room with a kitchenette and a small bathroom. Well suited for two people

“Feel welcome to Manizales”
The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They made you feel very welcome. The size of the room was algo good, the cleaning as well, the breakfast delicious and also the staff in the restaurant were very kind. The location is great because is around the corner from Avenida Santander which is one of main roads. Easy to access to the public transport. ,
