Each of the rooms came with a personal hot tub in an attractive spot in front of the rooms, The restaurant was very good. The room was modern and comfortable. Best of all, the staff were very helpful.

absolutely don’t understand/speak English We went on a trip to the volcano, check out from the hotel supposed to be at 2pm, so the staff told that we can leave our packed luggage in our room and if we won’t return before 2pm, they will take our baggage to “storage room”. We arrived about 1:30pm, while someone from the staff was already moving our bags to “storage room”, which was kitchen. We wanted to change our clothes, full of dust from the trip, but they told us that the room has been already cleaned, so we can’t go there, which wasn’t really true and it was 30min before the checkout. After that they didn’t even say sorry or sth.

We couldn’t sleep as the room next door had loud music till sunrise and nobody dealt with it

Location close to the Manizales-Bogotá highway, dedicated hot tub for our room, friendly and helpful staff.

Free access to main hot pools just a short walk away. Each room also has its own very small hot pool near the rooms. The staff were helpful. The restaurant is OK but nothing special. Note that the route to the hotel passes through a very unappetizing industrial area - have no fear as the hotel is away from that 😁

Enjoyed the geothermal pool, every staff member we met were friendly and gave excellent service, all the meals were good, the room was very comfortable and clean.
