“Incredible place - difficult to get to without a car”

Incredible place! Nice food. Beautiful location. The termales are the best (and least busy) hotsprings I've ever been to. Would definitely go back.

Fantastic location, excellent thermal faculties and baths, exceptional gardens, paths, and nature experience. Very good restaurant with plenty of choices and great breakfast

“Great stay with thermal baths and hummingbirds combo”

The thermal baths were awesome. Different baths with different temperatures. There is a section reserved only for the hotel guests. There are definitely hummingbirds everywhere on the site. We were able to easily see 4 species. My daughter was really happy.

Very helpful staff, parking space, and excellent room with view, the termales were outstanding! very clean, good facilities in the room, restaurant was excellent our dinner was delicious and breakfast was excellent. Wlill go again.

The location is great. Cold weather makes it perfect for the termal waters. Very recommended the walks in the property, though a bit limited. The staff is super kind and friendly.

We stayed 4 nights at Termales del Ruiz so that we could enjoy the wonderful birds and the thermal pools. Both were excellent. The guide, Martin Gomez, was particularly wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable about the birds and was happy to share his passion for them. We also enjoyed many excellent meals during our stay.

Really amazing, unique location at altitude, beautifully maintained gardens. Hundreds of hummingbirds in the gardens. The hotel offers free tours each morning with a bird expert who was knowledgeable and really lovely. He also took us to see one of the waterfalls. The thermal spas are not crowded. Good quality food. Clean hotel.

The hotel, restaurant and pools are very good. They organize an easy visit around premises. The entourage is beautiful but beed to bring warm coothes.

The pools are lovely and the paths and gardens are well cared for with interesting plants and a few birds and hummingbirds. The added bonus was the unexpectedly excellent food from the kitchen. Unfortunately we were not able to try many dishes but one highlight was the mushroom soup, on par with something that would be served in a French bistro

The setting is stunning - high up in the mountains with waterfalls nearby and an abundance of birds. The pools are beautifully maintained and it is a very relaxed place to spend a couple of days.

This was our second night here. Family room which had more beds, but not the luxury feel of the other room. The premises of the hotel are amazing. Superb pools and beautiful garden.

We stayed two nights, in different rooms. This was a spacious room with a good bed and bathroom, with drinking water and coffee in the room. The facilities of the hotel are amazing. Superb pools and beautiful garden.
