The key broke in the lock because it was soft as butter and the landlord Said we had to pay for it and tried to make us stay awake for 5 hours during the night to let people in manually because the lock smith couldnt come. Also made us find a Lock smith for him, the whole ordeal took 3 hours.

“Basic room with a great location and price.”
Great price for a great location. The communication with the person in charge through WhatsApp was clear and quick. The guy was very kind and understanding. The room has the basic amenities and a kitche. It looked cleaned. It is nice for a short stay. The shower works well and heats the water quickly. Once you get the building and the room keys, you can come and go as you please without disturbing anyone. There is a parking lot with 3 spaces you can use for free.

“Highly recommended, Great value and location. It was very tranquil in spite of being right in town.”
It is spotlessly clean and the hot water shower was fine. There was a nice little kitchenette. The concierge, or property manager, Im not sure his title, Carlos, was very nice. Just one block off the main drag through Cables, Santander Ave, so easy to walk or catch the bus to anywhere.
