“Excellent stay”

The instructions for key collection and getting into the garage for parking worked perfectly , the host answered the phone straight away when google maps took us in the wrong direction. The accommodation was very clean, bed super comfy and the host left a very nice bottle of wine on arrival Everything was perfect for us, we really enjoyed the restaurant 2 minutes walk from the accommodation aldea bistro. I had already read that you have to walk over the road on a foot bridge to get to the beach, but it’s close by so it’s not a problem, the dogs loved the beach walks everyday. Thank you for letting us stay in your apartment we have loved it.

“Spring break”

Good location in a secure block with parking, communual areas clean, very close to the beach but over the.main A7 Road via foot bridge. Adequate space for small family but the soft furnishing are in need of refreshing and basic kitchen facilities. The kitchen was very small, a tight squeeze for 2 people when trying to cook a meal. Unfortunately the extractor fan wasn't working and the remote for the TV in the bedroom was missing. Proprietor did try to rectify but couldn't. Bathrooms are a bit grubby and the jacuzzi in the bath didn't work. Nice balcony and sea view. A little disappointed with the property as we have stayed in numerous Booking.com accommodation and didn't meet expectations.

Overall property was nice, comfortable and pleasant. Had good facilities and utility appliances. Beds were comfortable, towel and bedsheets were clean. Private parking space was useful. Decore was nice with nice lamps and lighting. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

a very complete apartment with great terrazo. Very clear instructions to get the keys and whatapp contact with Juan (thx Juan!). All day sun (depending clouds;)). Beach 100 meters and restaurant right down in street and in two kilometres shops en restaurants.

Very well equipped

Comunication from the owner was good, via WhatsApp, very detailed with lots of information and several additional photos. The balcony was very large, with lots of space for the whole family. Apartment was clean with everything supplied that was needed. The pool area was great and our grandchildren loved the little play area that was adjacent.

Mr Juan who cares for apartment has great access. Very simple system of collect keys and gate controler, all the time fast respons, he is exactly person on right place. Our children could play on play ground each day, same like tenis. Very safety area for family and longer walking, jogging, running.
