“Nice convenient and affordable unit close to US embassy”
Located by mall and us embasy. Very easy to get to everything you need. The host was very easy to work with, answeredquestions, wax very helpful. I woukd rent from them again.

“Do NOT stay here. Just don't”
Worst experience in Manila. And that's saying a lot. Japanese owner who lives in the US ignored the brown out and would not provide at least a partial refund. His local Filipina 'assistant' was useless and obviously fearful of him, like some indentured servant. No power. No wifi. No hot water. The 'assistant' wanted me out of the unit so that she could prepare it for the next poor fool. I will post this on my social media. Stay here at your own risk.

Had everything we needed including hot water shower and bidet. Great location and fantastic views from the observation level on the same level as the swimming pool. Host has great communication and happy to help. She booked us a massage on request which was fantastic. Cold drinks (chargable) in the fridge.

Condo is Near at the embassy & some tourist spot in manila. host also nice & accomodated. she is easily to reach out if you have questions or concern. they have snacks to selling, so if you lazy. you can just get & pay them. cooking utensil also available. cost for me is worth it.
