“Very disappointing, twice in a row.”

So hard to communicate with property owner. Blames guest for their poor management of accomodation. I booked for 5 pax and they kept on insisting i only booked for 1 pax, until they checked the booking again. When they confirmed its for 5 pax 8 asked for the beds to be set up for 5 people but when we arrived at the accommodation, it was only set for 2. At 11 pm no one would be able to come set up, they offered to come in the morning to set up but that would not help as we needed the beds upon arrival which i made sure they know 1 week before our stay. I was asking to be connected to the one who handles the booking but they refuse to talk over the phone, they only wanted communication tru email and that's what i did even though its so frustrating. And the fear i have that the place would not be set up despite the request happened. I've stayed in this place twice, 1 week apart, and both times was disappointing, if i cancel the booking i would have, but unfortunately the payment was already taken. This place does not know what customer service is. We arrived from a long travel and they do not have any consideration at all instead they blamed us for their short comings. Btw, bathroom is mouldy

Clean, feels like home. Perfect bed. You can cook well in the kitchen. Good airconditioning. Definitely will go back here when in Quezon City.
